Omer OZKAN PhD.
Associate Professor
I was born in Ankara, Turkey. I studied at the Department of Civil Engineering at Yildiz Technical University in Istanbul and graduated in January, 1997. I further pursued my PhD training at Gazi University and graduated from master program in 1999 and from the PhD program in 2003. In 2004, I obtained an Assistant Professor position and have been a tenured Associate Professor since 2011.
I am a visiting professor at the University of Pittsburgh, Department of Civil Engineering.
